Incredible win last night, team. There's something going on here. Now, with Peavy starting on Saturday, I'm getting excited. NESN had a good interview with Peavy - seems like the type of guy who can handle pitching in Boston.

i feel like the sox are taking a page from the orioles playbook. basically, collecting starters that don't go deep every time out. i just hope the sox pen can handle the workload.

Except we're one of the worst teams in the league when it comes to blown saves. Glanced at Peavy's playoff experience the other day. Glad it was such a small sample size, otherwise I would be worried!
