I’m just picking the stuff I loved when I played games heavily. I like the SNES and NES games I’ve played but I’d rather go all in on late 90’s - mid 2000’s games.

Knights of the Old Republic and the sequel deserve to be in the conversation too. As well as the Tie Fighter series on the PC.
