Assuming he wins, does Biden run again in four years? Is he alive in four years?
I'm gonna say no.

Re: Official Prediction Thread
Good chance that he’s alive, and we spend an entire quarter on Dems secretly pleading with Biden to run again: “There’s no one else who can do it” headlines courtesy of panicky moderates before ultimately choosing someone else and never thinking about it again.

Re: Official Prediction Thread
If it's true that the Republicans are letting the economy tank to hurt the dems, then a good counter to that would be to let Biden take the brunt of it, and shuffle him out the door before the next election.

The Dems will make the Supreme Court a birthright of all Americans, packing it with 300 million judges with lifetime appointments.
The new scotus will determine cases by using an app that actually harvests our data and gives it to Kim Jung Un.
Un will arrive on the shores of Oregon and promptly spray paint his name on a federal courthouse. Which are sacred, of course.
Now that everyone has a job, in the biggest possible government, the whole system will collapse and elections will never happen again.

A lot of blue (purplish as well) urban areas really need to go bankrupt to hope to deal with their pension obligations. Kicking the can down the road benefits only a lucky few.BurtReynolds wrote:If it's true that the Republicans are letting the economy tank to hurt the dems, then a good counter to that would be to let Biden take the brunt of it, and shuffle him out the door before the next election.

Re: Official Prediction Thread
Header post finally updated!
A lot more misses than makes so far. There's a bunch of election-related predictions that will be coming due in the next few days so there should be handful of hits about to come through.
There are a few predictions that I'm either not familiar with or I'm not sure how we judge it. Like, was the wall funded by 2020? 371 miles of wall have been built, though most of that is replacing old walls/fencing. Idk how to judge this one.
Not sure how to judge trag's: "States will reopen out of economic necessity/lack of Federal support. Distancing and the ability to work from home will become a pleasure of the haves, while illness and death will become the reality for have-nots (and the ignorant and stupid)." The spirit of this feels right, but it's not as quantifiable as other predictions.
Argo, 4/5, Green Habit, 96583UP all have 1 correct prediction.
Argo and Mickey both have 1/2 a right prediction, but missed on the main idea of the prediction.
Simple Torture missed with his overly precise prediction of RBG's death, but the spirit of his prediction was sadly right on.
