The winner is yet to be decided. Joey is one point in front of ruddo, but there are three characters whose statuses are unknown: Maester Wolkan, Ghost, and Yohn Royce. Joey picked all three of them as goners, ruddo picked all three of them as survivors, so we will figure out who the champion is after next week's episode.
We might never know the fate of Winterfell's maester, but that could turn a ruddo win into a tie. The scores after incorporating Ghost and Royce are (at the top only):

ruddo - 22
durdencommatyler - 21
doone -19

If we see the maester in the final 2 episodes or if his fate is never confirmed, ruddo wins. If it's confirmed he's dead, it's a tie between Joey and ruddo. We shall see.

I correctly predicted that Arya would kill the Night King but--full disclosure--this was in the midst of making a joke about what the most "TV" ending to the conflict would be. With that in mind, I want to take a shot at predicting the end of Episode 5, keeping in mind that this would be the most TV-cliched, probably most-despised ending they could come up with:

Dany devises a dangerous and devastating plan to attack King's Landing. She is mortally wounded in the process, and with her dying breath, she tells Jon that it should be him, that he is good and kind and just in the ways she is not, and after she breathes her last, Jon climbs aboard Drogon and snatches victory for the good guys out of the hands for defeat.

Who are the “good guys” though, really? If someone wasn’t constantly after her throne would Cersei be so bad?

GOT wiki: «Some time after Daenerys and Jon departs Winterfell to defeat Cersei Lannister, Wolkan informs Sansa and Brienne of Tarth about Euron’s ambush near Dragonstone, which results in the death of Daenerys’s dragon Rhaegal and the capture of Missandei.»

Jon Snow went to Mance Rayder’s tent knowing full well that he would not leave alive if he killed Mance, which he fully intended to do. Jon will kill Dany for what she did, knowing he will die for it
