It's also weird that we can cage, leash, neuter, breed, slaughter, and eat animals, all without their consent. It's almost like there are different rules for people.

I can certainly see the power dynamics at play in the Louis situation and understand that it’s not as black-and-white as saying “they could have just left.” But to use the term sexual assault for what he did is ludicrous. It’s not even like he manipulated anyone by saying something like “if you watch me jerk off I’ll help your career out” or “if you don’t stay and watch there will be consequences for you.”
I’m reading Ronan Farrow’s book about Harvey Weinstein. That is a sexual predator who wielded his power like a maniac to rape women and get away with it. I’m not even sure Louis understood the situation on that level, and it seems like once he did he felt bad about it.
