I firmly believe that this drive to cancel Rogan is being driven by mainstream media outlets who are losing viewers thus relevance leading ultimately to revenue. The views that I have heard (and I've probably only listened to half a dozen of his shows) are no more extreme than I have heard on mainstream media outlets. Contradictory to at-the-moment advice, sure. But there has been plenty of advice that in hindsight is now contradictory. We must have debate. We must have alternate voices.

BTW I am employed by mainstream media (fringe as that probably is in Australia).

Rogan usually just agrees with whoever he's sitting across from. There's really no point in trying to nail down his beliefs because you can find clips of him saying basically anything.

He's a lot like the Bible in that way.

Guess what. It's possible to think vaccines are useful and beneficial yet think that the current C19 vaccines may have been rushed and have potential side effects.
