Chalk this and changing the batteries to your smoke detectors when daylight savings time starts and ends as things that no one actually does.
Well now you don't have to "check" your tires. Your car tells you. I bet you don't even put air in your tires yourself, do you?
Mrs Wease’s work car was showing her passenger front tire at 21 lbs the last couple of days. Got my compressor and put about 10 lbs in. Her indicator was still saying 21. So I put about 15 more in. Car still saying only 21. So I got my old manual tire pressure gauge out and measured. It had 37 lbs. Something is way fucked up with her monitoring system.
You usually have to drive it around the neighborhood for ten minutes for the system to register it. Or sometimes you have to manually reset it - our MINI was like this.
I think it’s some sort of manual reset. She drove it all day and it’s still showing it.

Buick something. Her battery was dead as a doornail yesterday too so I’m wondering if that may have something to do with it.

You might have to get the sensors replaced. Had to do that for our Civic recently.

Drove the new Buick SUV as a rental a couple of months ago, and honestly I thought it drove great. I know nothing of their quality, repair history, safety, etc. My low level gripes were 1) while cool, the extra wide full width dashboard digital screen was kinda strange to navigate, and the lack of tactile buttons is annoying to me in general (could also picture this thing getting cracked or smashed by some kid kicking their feet), and 2) they are leaning into subscription-based software. Like you couldn’t use the built-in google maps without a subscription through Buick. This was a moot point bc of Apple CarPlay, but I hate that shit

I think that's the only one they still sell in the US. I hear they are huge in China though.

Cigarettes > Vapes
I can't stand Vaping. It really feels like a nicotine delivery system designed for 14 year olds who don't know who their dad is.

Oh no, please don't tell me you're one of those vaping goons?
What's your favorite childish flavor?

You don't have to be a "vaping goon" to know how much more harmful cigarettes are. It's not even close.

Ok, but what's your favorite flavor? Bubblegum? Blue Raz?

I would never partake in either, so as a non-smoker, I’ll prefer vapes all day every day. Anything that prevents me having to smell cigarette smoke. I don’t care how you kill yourself, whichever affects me the least.
