Well this is a sad turn up. I actually really love a lot of their bluesier numbers through these early years. Perhaps because I was fed a diet of exactly this version of ACDC throughout my formative years.

I really wanted it to turn out differently. I still dig the songs I’ve always liked, but I just can’t go album to album anymore. For the most part, it’s the same riff over and over and over.

lol, good effort. not the most exciting band to deep dive..
i like jailbreak and a live tv performance of "rocker" where the audience mostly look confused/startled.

AC/DC rescheduled their Nashville show from last night to tonight. Mrs Wease conned me into working it. (They doubled their minimum pay.) So we get here and get checked in and the girl checking me in tells me the exact wrong direction to go to get to my stand. Apparently there are two stands with the same name. One on the east side and one on the west. So after walking all the way around Nissan Stadium I find out I’m in the wrong booth. So back around I go. I hate this place.
I did manage to walk thru the field of fireworks they have set up behind the stage to shoot off at the end of the show. That was pretty cool.

It's a long way to the shop when you take directions from a moll.

Well it took an hour and a half to get out of the parking lot. We didn’t get home until 2am. Turned into a 12-hour affair.
The band sounded good. I stepped out to watch Highway To Hell. Johnson sang most everything in a lower register melody. Similar to how Chris sang Birth Ritual after the reunion. I’d say 99% of the people there didn’t even notice.

Makes sense as he is around eighty thousand years old

Yeah. I knew he’s had voice problems before and then with him being way old I was wondering if he’d go this route.

The Pretty Reckless, yeah. What I could hear of them, they sounded all right. The song they opened with started with the exact beat/groove as Why Go and until everyone else kicked in I thought they were doing a cover for it.
