Weed has zero impact on me.

800 a day is impressive. What are you doing every day to get there?

Didn't drink all month, but then I haven't had a drink in about two years.

I don't know if it is true but I really believe that addiction is merely a symptom and not the problem itself.

I am on my 28th day sober from alcohol. Don't plan on drinking again. Just feel done with it.

Yeah. Going to be wild. Might have a glass of red wine with our Christmas dinner, might not. No commitments, but overall I'm just trying to get to a place where I can experience moments without the buzz. I have a (functional) drinking problem and I'm at a point in parenthood and marriage now where I want to dig into that a little bit.

What's your morning routine like with all that good sleep?

routine hasn't changed much. basically just loving not having 1-2 flu like hangovers a week. Enjoying feeling everything better, including the bad stuff. Just choosing reality. It's a better fit for me now. I guess I'm maturing.

Yeah man. That's what I'm curious about. I've been drinking my entire adult life. Progressively more, to the point where getting a buzz is just part of my day now. Drinking to break the ice at work gatherings, taking the edge off at the end of the day, all that. I may be boring as hell without the liquid courage, but I'd like to get to know that person a bit.

Also, more energy = keeping up with my six year old when he wakes me up randomly wanting to fold paper penguins.
