The ADA thread at the Pit was pretty eye opening. Buying ADA tickets when you aren't disabled is shitty.
I had a similar experience at Rapid City. The front of the stage was AWFUL, so I went over the rail and stood about 20 feet away from Stone. It was my first PJ show, so I was in awe. 16 year-old parasolmonster.Strat wrote:yea i was up on the Rail for that. Young 17 year old strat. I was punched in the head for about 5 minutes straight "i have one goal dude and thats to get to the front". Dude kept punching me. I finally asked to get dragged out. My leg almost snapped in half getting dragged over the barrier. That was the moment i realized the only time I care to be up close is if i have a seat.McParadigm wrote:That was an interesting crowd. How incomplete is the source that has circulated?parasolmonster wrote:I had a similar experience at Rapid City. BTW, it dawned on me a few months ago, that I might possibly be the only person to have a complete copy of the show (I combined the best source with own private, terrible recording). If anyone is interested I can let you know whenever I upload it.
I haven't listened to the show in awhile so I don't remember specifics, but all the ones I have found are missing a few seconds/pieces from the first few songs. My copy doesn't add much, but it does make a complete show.CopperTom wrote:How incomplete is the source that has circulated?parasolmonster wrote:I had a similar experience at Rapid City. Thats awful. It was an incredible showgardenparty wrote:Stub hub had front row ADA seats for the MMJ Red Rocks show selling at $70 a pop. 2 seats lireally in front of everybody at a sold out show.
I called to assess the situation and they were happy to sell them to me even though I told them I wasn't disabled.
I chose not to purchase them for obvious reasons. Then sat 85 rows back on the left wing for $90. FML
yeah but I've been to a few MMJ shows so in that venue its just kind of nice to sit wherever and take it in.Strat wrote:Thats awful.
