It's on iTunes for .99
B-side to the "Jesus Saves, I Spend" single.

I completed my first pass through your mix, Joey, and I am intrigued. The writing is very clever. The songs are difficult to digest in a single pass, so I'm going back in. The feel of the mix is great--like looking at Paris in autumn through a kalidescope

You are on the road to something beautiful, Mister Stipster. I look forward to further discussions. And yes! Keep listening. Listen often. The songs are difficult to digest and they continue to reveal themselves. She's very akin to Tom Waits in that way.
I'm THRILLED that you like the flow of the mix. I was a bit worried.

And I can't wait until you are familiar enough with the songs to unpack the lyrics. She has some just fucking brilliant lyrics. Some moments that just hang around your neck for days after.
Pro Tip: Like most music, her stuff genuinely benefits from headphone listening. YAY STIP!

I'll get to headphones eventually. Unfortunately right now most of my free moments to listen to music are in the car.

No worries, no rush. Just eventually give her a go, when you can. I hardly ever have the time for headphones myself. I'm just glad you're listening and enjoying.

This is all Norman will see for the next four weeks. Every time he closes his eyes. Every time his heart skips a beat.

I'm either here too early, or this audience is going to be "intimate".

ohmygodohmygodohmygodohmygodohmygod!!!
I'd kill my co-worker to see Annie in an intimate space. I saw Alanis play a private show for an audience of 200 people in an old church in the village. It was SICK. If I could see Annie in that kind of a setup, I'd probably die 10 minutes after the show ended.

The lack of update and reply from Norman leads me to believe that Annie literally exploded his mind and now he's dead.

I don't wanna make Joey jealous or anything, but she literally sang I Prefer Your Love directly to me, no break in eye contact. It was difficult not to melt. And also totally awkward. And wonderful.

Some day we will meet. And I will kiss you. And then kill you.

Also, she sold me on Bring Me Your Loves - what a fucking barnstormer - but I remain unconvinced on Your Lips Are Red. That was my one flaw: I wish she'd gone with Loves in the late spot that Red got.

Yeah, dude. You really can't understand Bring Me Your Loves until you see it live. It's a BEAST.
