Seattle and SF really is the best match up at this point. The two teams are so similar. Two strong D's and good running games. I would give the edge to Wilson (who is just a winner) and Seattle if they didn't have to play in that dump Candlestick....

I have every confidence Atlanta will choke tomorrow.

Say what you mean. The Pats just lucked into home field throughout the playoffs again. Might as well book the Super Bowl trip.
It's funny you mention luck, because I've been thinking about that a lot lately when it comes to the Pats. They had a ton of luck in that first Super Bowl run, and varying degrees of luck (things falling into place, teams losing, etc.) in the other Super Bowl winning runs.

And luck was not on their side recently - it jumped to Eli and some great (albeit) lucky throws at the end of a few Super Bowls.

Whoever wins the SB, needs a little luck. So, yeah, that Denver loss has me feeling optimistic SHOULD the Pats win today.

I wouldn't be surprised if Atlanta gagged today, but there's a part of me that thinks they finally break through this year, that maybe Seattle going coast to coast the last couple of weeks will catch up to them, especially with the 1pm kickoff

Chris Ault had to have felt supremely vindicated last night. He got to watch a QB that he was the only one to recruit run an offense he invented, for one of the best teams in the league, in a playoff game that they won. Hopefully he was at home drinking some good whiskey and laughing his ass off.

Right?!

As a Chiefs fan, I'm perfectly happy with how the Denver game turned out. But I really thought they'd pull it off.

Shocked! to see San Fran roll Green Bay, though. I thought the whole game would be a shoot out, like the first half.

0-2 so for this weekend.

And it looks like Atlanta wants to make me 0-3. Which is fine by me.

Seahawks are gonna have to score twice out of the gate to make this a game, kudos to ATL's defense though, they're doing a hell of a job. This is the first game in a while that Wilson has actually looked like a rookie.

I wish I could actually watch it. I'm stuck at work. But there's a bar across the street. I'll totally run over there to watch the end of the game. I'd hate to miss it, if it ends up being Tony G's first playoff win.

Seattle has not had a single blitz work all game, they might want to knock it off. I thought this would be a much better game than this, kinda bummed.

Apparently, during warm-ups, JJ Watt spat on the Pats logo at the 50 yard line....#playoffs
