I feel like NBC should put up some kind of graphic letting us know if certain female performers are under 18, rather than letting thoughts creep into my head before I find out.

A red light/green light system would work, similar to how they tell you if someone is ahead of or behind their competition in time trial based races.

Yeah, a red light would have been perfect while that 15 year old Russian girl was doing her long program.

Tasteful, respectful and awesome. Did they hire a Canadian to make it? I love that it mentioned the early mornings. Those 5am morning practices before school and on weekends. I think for a lot of kids the drives to the rink, the pop after practice and the drive home were prime father/son bonding time.
I'm not sure in the US but we're okay with losing the gold as long as we win tomorrow. I think the teams are so close, make it a good game and I won't be upset over the outcome.

hire a Canadian to make that? Probably not but it is Minnesotan so that is basically the same thing! We are Canadas' Mexico! Very cool to see BIG (Bloomington Ice Gardens) in there. Spent my entire youth there. Was raised there. Edina v Jefferson is the historic Rival outside any Iron Range games. Good stuff. Memories.
Id love the US to win tomorrow. After Vancouver heartbreak and Parise being the pseudo hero of that game. They are playing so well right now and id really like to see them be rewarded this time. I think whoever wins USA/Canada will win the Gold. And the fact that this could be the last year NHLers are allowed....

Easy to forget that SWE/FIN is a border war as well! This has been an entertaining day so far.

Lots of scoring chances for both sides so far. Goalies playing well early on. Disappointing how deathly quiet the crowd is there though.

I think the Russians are cheering for both teams to lose.

I'm going to go make a grilled cheese sandwich, so let's make sure nothing happens in the next 3-4 minutes!

This better not turn into the Great Grilled Cheese Jinx of 2014.
