I couldn't do without that one either. Man, the White Album is one of my first musical loves.

any session that inspired that gets the highest marks from me... then you put the others listed above, plus:
sexie sadie, i'm so tired, julia, why don't we..., mother nature's son, and #9
that's a double album that SHOULD exist.

It sounds like you care too much what the board thinks; that's not the zebediah that I know.

"New" McCartney!
the guy hasn't lost the knack for great melodies - and i like the little Beach Boys tribute at the end.

I'll tell you why I'm lucky.
I took part in a Beatles Tourney on the old board only knowing their greatest hits. I never fully listened to an album of theirs. I finally startd this week with "Revolver".
"I'm Only Sleeping" & "I Want to Tell You" are fantastic. I have so much more to discover and i'm excited.

Lucky man.
My advice would be to soak it up, and not to rush through it at today's get-the-whole-discography-in-a-torrent-and-then-listen-to-it-all-in-one-day pace. You only get to discover the Beatles once.

My Beatles relationship started with watching A Hard Day's Night ages ago then getting the album and lord it grew from there. I played the shit out of my dubbed cassette copy of Anthology 2. To hear Rubber Soul for the first time again, that'd be awesome.
I listened to Are You Experienced for the first time in a while the other day, I can't even fathom hearing that for the first time in 1967.
