Thus the guy last night when theon's helper killed him "YOU BASTARD" was more than justa curse. I think this is the begining of Ramsey breaking him down making him think he is a friend only to make his torture even worse.

That's exactly what I was thinking after it ended.

I'm assuming what's happening with Theon, and why Winterfell was burned down is still supposed to be a bit of a mystery at the moment? If not I must have missed something.

The group that took Winterfell, the Brotherhood guys with Arya, and the group that captured Jaime and Brienne are all a bit of a blur right now.

that wasn't slapstick. I am talking about the chair moving and the Bron/Tyrion "tell me more, tell me more!" with Pod seemed out of place considering the humor in the show previously.

The chair-moving scene was awesome. I think them incorporating humor into a portrait of each character's personality was brilliant. That 2-minute scene was a really good summary of the games these characters play vying for relevance.

Yeah, one online reviewer called the scene 'a metaphorical game of thrones (chairs)'. For me, multilayered scenes like this are what separate shows I love from shows I just like and it gives my a warm fuzzy that despite all the incessant hype and the plot modifications for TV audiences, the producers are still able to put moments of pure gold into the show.

it is a credit to the show and the actors that the chair scene could be so goddamned funny without a single word uttered. all these characters have a way with words that make them fun to watch, yet that was not present and they all still made me laugh as much as i've ever laughed at this show.

i'm going to miss littlefinger in kings landing if he is indeed on his way out- always liked scenes he had with varys and tyrion in particular, and was looking forward to him dealing with tywin as well.

Thumbs up to this episode from me. I honestly saw the dragon frying Kraznys from a mile away, but the way it played out was so satisfying. Now my main concern is Arya (Dog vs Pirate looking guy). The fact that Sansa is basically a whore now. And what the spider will do with that old wizard (my own curiosity). But what the fuck is going on with Theon!?
