He'll always be Hans Gruber and Dr. Lazarus to me. Though I've never seen him give a performance that wasn't engaging.

I've seen parts of it but never really knew anything about the movie. Im sure not knowing, and coming into it on tv halfway through, wasn't the best introduction to the movie. Reading what it is about now it seems like its the Space version of Three Amigos.

I remember Galaxy Quest being a lot better in the second half; one those movies that isn't all that impressive at first but really improves midway through.
