very basic..just marinated in a bit of olive oil with fresh lemon juice, salt/pepper and fresh oregano and rosemary

Try cooking with Kosher (flavor distributes more evenly) and leaving sea salt to taste.

not making but having: baguette, foie gras, white sharp cheddar, mortadella, peppered salami, sliced heirloom tomatoes and a bottle of bordeaux
