They pretty clearly have fun exploring the dynamics of Dennis's absurdity to a degree beyond what the other characters get, these days.

i think they've done a lot with mac's too

dennis and charlie is pretty much a toss up for me

Charlie was great this past episode. I loved how he was the one that thought things were absurd.
