Same dude! I was way into this guy back in the day, via Linklater. I didn't even remember he was in Waking Life before I googled him after watching the doc. That's another film I loved 20 years ago, but I have a feeling it too might disappoint if I'd watch it again now. Waking Life still holds up! Might even be better, since it's so obviously animated without AI, and deals with deep stuff that is somehow not dated. I used to have the soundtrack on CD, which was excellent.
