I think New Zealand is a safer bet than Alaska. More isolated. The earthquakes will probably cause havoc on my underground bunker though.

I like southeastern Australia. Isolated as well, and I recall looking at some theoretical maps that had the region still above water after the sea levels rise.

Italy and Spain both stuck under an ongoing heat dome and drought.
Farming outlook and wine production for the coming years looks to be pretty grim.
Stock up on tinned tomatoes, olives/oil and vino. All about to get real real expensive.
