Bummed for Russell, over the moon for Norris, and nice to see Ricciardo put in a good performance as well.
Much more interesting race than last week.

So apparently they are testing new concept this weekend:

I like the idea.

Yeah, I'm down with this. Could potentially make a substantial difference as car reliability on Saturday becomes a huge issue. Also, how many crashes you normally have in standard qualifying? Would have to be far more likely in this set up.
I just want Max to fuck up - I'm not a fan of the guy at all.

Hope for a new world champion, so hope Max pulls it off. Don’t like F1 being dominated by one team.

Let's just meet in the middle and have Norris win.

Would love that. Of course there is no chance of that this season.

Yeah... I was watching when Max spun out and thought of this comment - very glad he was OK in the end. Hamilton was certainly at fault there, Verstappen gave him space and he should have taken a tighter line.
What would F1 be without the occasional crash though?

Oof, Verstappen and Hamilton out

Endied up being an excellent race. Controversial as well.
Verstappen most to blame here, but also a racing incident, and Hamilton did leave little room.

Ricciardo 1st and Norris 2nd. The only way that result could improve for me would be a Russell or Alonso 3rd.
I think the collision was more Max's fault, but those sausage barriers didn't exactly help things.

1st. Norris, 2nd. Sainz, 3rd. Russell in qual. for the Russian GP. Someone had better check on Ruddo.

Feel bad for Norris but that's what experience gets you. The tire change at the right time proved crucial
