A few episodes to go in season 3. I know it’s nothing original to say, but the amount of standalone episodes, while good, are making this season less engaging.

I thought they were some of the best episodes!
I try not to compare them in and of themselves against the normal crew, but it’s more to do with missing them than anything.

as much as i love Dave, i totally get what Glover tweeted about that series being a fast food hamburger and this one being totally different

Another solid episode. Overall, this season feels closer to S1 & 2 than the last one.

I think they've hit their peak in that the surreal elements are starting to feel thematically linked with the show's themes rather than weird for weird sake (looking at you, Michael Jackson episode).
Good point, but I think the S3 finale is the worst offender here. They haven't even touched on Van's mental break.
