As far as I know the Seahawks retain his rights if he comes back, they would have to release him first.

As far as I know the Seahawks retain his rights if he comes back, they would have to release him first.
I don't think they'll release him. I think that a trade is most likely. Lynch in exchange for a low draft pick or a draft pick swap. But, yeah, they still own the rights. Thing still feels like a done deal at this point.
