I quite like JD but I've never sought out any live recordings. I wonder if Perry can still hit those notes..VinylGuy wrote:Jane´s addiction is coming this weekend. Exited to see those guys again...and Muse is playing too, so its going to be fun.
His voice is in fine shape. I dont think he can hit all those notes, but he has done a very good job hiding his vocals issues.Soma. wrote:I quite like JD but I've never sought out any live recordings. I love Eric...he might be one of my favorite 90s bass players along with Ben Shepherd and Jeff. But he is not playing with these guys anymore, Chris Chaney is back. And he is fucking good too, i hope to hear some songs from Strays and TGEA, im a big fan of both of them.Soma. wrote:JA*. Too hungover to think apparently.
I just really dig Eric Avery's bass work, so I'd be thrilled if they made the trip down under. I doubt that will happen, though.
Saw Muse in 2004 hot off the release of Absolution and it was amazing. They were closing with Stockholm Syndrome and Bliss for most shows on that tour. I was well impressed.

Heh, no though I do love a good BT show; can't say I haven't been spoiled in CT. And I would love to finally catch a show at the Jefferson, always miss a good one by a day or so when we're down there. But I did see these in my evening music perusal:Dr. Van Nostrand wrote:Yep, were you there?oasisfan35 wrote:Did you see them at the Jefferson?Dr. Van Nostrand wrote:Blues Traveler was Excellent, John Popper is Amazing

Wasn't sure if they still did InstantLive releases but more is almost always better.
