Audioslave were great but it was probably for the best they split after 3 albums as they were getting a bit samey. Literally all of their songs are Verse Chorus Verse Chorus Bridge Wanky Morello Solo Chorus

I would loved a 4th album. They were going to very cool places in Revelations.

I agree.
I never really imagined they were going to be "the" band for any of the players. It always had a side-project feel to me. But it was all so fascinating and visceral. I think a fourth album would have been really unique.
