Slice the eggs in half. Sop up egg yolk with toast.

If we had any egg cups I would use those.

It’s been a while since she’s made it. I wanted something a little different than our usual bacon or sausage and eggs and whatnot.

Of course, I will be having bacon with it tomorrow.
