Not sure. We'll have to coordinate our time once I'm in the city and know my schedule that day. But I can't wait!

Hold the Dark: kinda disappointing. I kept expecting it to go somewhere, but never did.
The Highwaymen: too formulaic. I do like old Kevin Costner and Woody though.

Re: What movies are you watching?
Watched The Favourite last night; the last of my 2018 "want to see"s. It was good but not something I would probably ever see again; definitely something that the critics would enjoy more than a mainstream audience. I thought Olivia Coleman was good but don't know if she was Best Actress good; I thought Stone and Weisz were better in their roles.
It looked great though; a lot of the budget obviously went into things like set design and costumes.

Re: What movies are you watching?
Been catching up on Netflix since I have nothing else to do
Wind River (Jeremy Renner, Elizabeth Olsen) - pretty good thriller
How It Ends (Forest Whitaker) : terrible script. Had it's moments but not good.
Bird Box : not bad, not great. Predictable but enjoyable time waster
Mean Streets (Scorsese): missed this one until now. It was alright.

Re: What movies are you watching?
My fiance remembered it the other day, we couldn't find it streaming anywhere so I had to request it from the library. They literally had to ship it out of storage in Jersey. Fucking loved it.tragabigzanda wrote:I love this movieMickey wrote: Pump Up The Volume (1990)

Ready or Not.
Pretty funny. Not a classic or anything but for once I didn't feel like my time was wasted.
