Yup, I know what it's trying to do, but for me it doesn't quite hit the right mark. I like the lyrics though, even if they don't match up to "Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah".evenslow wrote:yep, that too.harmless wrote:It's meant to be funny and lazy, imo. Part of the humour. Those lyrics are hard to match up to though. You don't get much deeper than "Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah".ABNorman wrote:I like the lyrics though, even if they don't match up to "Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah".

I am quite enjoying a bit of a different style with Ed's vocals at the ends of the verses. Surely I'm not the only one picking up on this. I've never heard him do it before. (I don't think).
I'm not musically inclined enough to put a term on what I am hearing but definitely picking up a different vocal style in various parts of the song.

Like it a lot, but it should've been much heavier.

This has been a problem with PJ's rockers for like a decade.taffer wrote:Like it a lot, but it should've been much heavier.

It is a great song. It's classic PJ. Way better than the utterly bland "Force of Nature" that seemingly every PJ fan other than myself worships.blueviper wrote:When we heard the snippet of MIND YOUR MANNERS that sounded really metal, I was worried. For me, that hard part mixed with the rest of the music in the song works for me. I like this song a lot. That bridge (2nd chrous?) Is really fun, and I enjoy Ed singing it with the abrupt stops.
3.5/5 from me. I like it better than Supersonic, if that helps.
Also, why is Amongst the Waves getting trashed? It's a great song!

i like the "we could something else" part. That first line is weird though.ABNorman wrote:Yup, I know what it's trying to do, but for me it doesn't quite hit the right mark. dafaq? Force of Nature is a really nice track. The keys in that song really do it for me. I love it.LostDog1079 wrote:This.darthvedder81 wrote:It is a great song. It's classic PJ. It's a nice song, and I like the keys in that verse most of all, but it's not technically as good as ATW for me.HardTI wrote:dafaq? Force of Nature is a really nice track.
