I don’t, but I also just pooped. A lot came out , but it doesn’t feel satisfying.

Two logs this morning. One very small, the other looked mediocre but had mostly disappeared in the drain.

Well maybe one of mine was a beast because I noticed my toilet wasn’t flushing well, so I had to plunge.

I did not eat or drink all that well this weekend, so it's been a complete mess of constant diarrhea. I feel a little embarrassed.

Update: Everything seems to be out of me now. I had an energy bar and feel a little less bloated now.

Between two houses, we have one bathroom that has a window. I assumed this window did not have screen, as I always have one extra when I put them in for the summer and it’s busted to hell. So I was delighted to discover just now that it does indeed have a screen, which means I now have excellent ventilation for the big drops.

dropped a monolith in the can this morning. the chile relleno i had on Friday night, of which there were leftovers i finished yesterday, was the driving force.

i'd also like to thank the two cups of coffee, our squatty potty, and the comforts of my soft tp.

Yes, but your day to day handlers deserve special mention. Our poops are only as strong as those we surround ourselves with.

You need to drink IPAs. Huge AM dumps within ten minutes of being upright out of bed.

alcohol - through my recent google search - can cause this, so yeah it's the beer.

I'm back to normal today, two small nice logs and cleared out. Not a shocker, but I ate and drank healthy the last 24 hours, hence my regular bowel movements today.
