Has the fanclub become a weird separate entity? Or is this just another weird fucking message that everyone involved with Pearl Jam Inc. has just sold out? I'd love to think that the band doesn't have any idea what goes on on the 10C level but I have no idea.

I think they do know....or I assume they do. They're always on about how everything is in house yadda yadda yadda.They're just going about things in a weird fucking way. If I was doing the marketing/promotion I'd play up the band being involved/in house/laid back angle, not the weird business corp help us to help you like pearl jam angle.

LOL yeah. It feels as if everything they do now is outsourced to someone else, save actually playing the instruments (and BoB had to actually beg PJ to get into the studio). These people all interpret PJ how they want to, but none of them do it well.
