PS I am four pounds over my typical weight. Had a fun summer. Back it soon. Dating a yoga instructor and she has me motivated.

One of our scales must’ve gotten jacked up in the move and led me to believe I was 25 pounds heavier than I thought. My self esteem torpedoed for a bit this afternoon til I thought to use a different scale.

My parents moved a few weeks ago and the guy they bought the house from wanted to sell the bulk of his furniture because he was moving across country. I was able to buy his peloton bike for $200. Pretty lucky buy.

I activated it today and did a few of the classes. It really makes a big difference for me to have somebody motivating you . I've always struggled with stationary, bikes and treadmills- I get terribly bored, but this really kept me engaged.

As of this morning, I’ve lost 19 pounds since my diabetes/high cholesterol diagnosis in mid-December. Hopefully, I can hit 20 tomorrow. Then only 30 more pounds to go. So far, it’s only been diet. I know I won’t be able to achieve my goal without exercise but I’m having a very hard time building up any motivation to do so.

a simple 30-minute walk daily, or every other day would be a great jumping-off point.

Oh, I know. Just finding the will to do even that is proving troublesome.

Get it, wease. I was probably right on the borderline of being diagnosed with diabetes (I know what the symptoms of insulin resistance are, and I was having them periodically) before losing weight, and I feel so much better now. You’re gonna be feeling a lot better soon.
