It was a big deal when they started using female refs and now no one gives a fuck. Coaches will be the same. Its more about managing egos in that league anyways and no one is better at managing dudes egos than women.

Honest question, do you think we will see a team make 5 straight Finals any time soon? It seems next to impossible with the shorter contracts and supermax deals.
