That's not what he said. Let me try and translate Miss Lindsey in a way you can understand:


1. "Giuliani's a crime fighter". He's also under criminal investigation.
2. "He's loyal to the President". Because to Miss Lindsey, Trump is royalty now.
3. "The Russians are still up to it. Deterrence is not working". I didn't know that the Senate sitting on election security bills was meant to deter Russia?
4. "So let's look at Hunter Biden's conflict". "Deterrence" isn't working with Russia, so let's investigate Hunter Biden? This is disingenuous and meant to be consumed by morons.
5. He says it plainly twice during the interview: Do not share intel with our intel community, give it directly to Bill Barr at the DOJ. In other words, give it to Trump.

The repositioning of the Justice Department into a political weapon, which the president can weaponize against his enemies and use to protect his friends, is a billion times the story that Iowa was. The fact that the latter story got so much more attention is a warning sign for how little the media learned from 2016.
