Wednesday was really well done. Jenna Ortega kills it, Christina Ricci's return was a welcome nostalgia grenade (the 1991 and 1993 movies were a big deal to me as a kid), and they even got Fred Armisen for Uncle Fester! How can you not love that guy?

His portrayal of Fester was the only think about the series I didn’t enjoy. I will say this, though: I had no idea it was him until after the fact.

Steve Albini wrote:Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I don’t like him at all. It was very funny to hear him so annoyed with Bret Easton Ellis on his podcast , but after that I realize the guy is just so unfunny.

His humour is very niche. No shame in not enjoying it.

Yes every episode. It gets better in the later seasons I think.
Thanks for that, VINYL GUY.

I saw the first season and maybe one ep of season 2. Around the time he was in snl I thought he was alright.

Funny enough he was with Carrie at that podcast too.

You should be proud to enjoy it. You get it. The few, the proud, the Armysten fans.

I do not keep up with the hot goss, and didn't know Armisen was not well-liked by former girlfriends and spouses. I'm just now learning about this.

Also liked Wednesday. Jenna Ortega embodies the character well
