He was correct. There shouldn't be a clock either. Just make it like college OT where you only have the play clock and down/distance.

He was. As they explained it and the referee explained it before the OT cointoss, it was a new ball game. 15-minute periods. So, in this instance, if the Chiefs just let the clock expire, a new period would begin because they were still in their first OT possession.

I feel bad for Steve Wilks. Hope he finds another job in the NFC West and his defense destroys Shanahan's offense.
