So Jimmy Snuka was trending. I was like ah fuck maybe he died. Nope. He murdered someone back in the day (long to be rumored) and is finally being charged.

Lately they've been getting a ton of that "crossover appeal" they want so badly.

HA! Right. We will probably get a mushy Cena piece Monday.

I don't understand how they expect me, as the viewer, to view Sting as a legitimate contender to the title when the only match he's had that anyone has seen in the last 15 years was a job out to HHH that was used as a vehicle to get pops for DX and the nWo. Neither of which Sting was affiliated with.

As maybe one of the biggest Sting mark ever I agree. He shouldn't be anywhere near the title picture.
I could sadly see him winning, Sheamus cashing in the next night on Raw and Rollins turns babyface.

I'd actually like to see them stretch the HHH/Rollins thing out to Mania. Love me a slow burn feud.
I would book this show at Mania:
Taker v Lesnar- Takers last match
HHH v Rollins
Rock v Reigns- with Rock as the heel
Sheamus v Bryan v Ambrose v Cena- World Title
Dudleys v Wyatts
Sting v Bray
Owens v Zayn- IC Title
Throw in a women's title match, that battle royal, and maybe something for the U.S. title and you've got a killer show.

Agreed on the slow burn feud. I love it as well.
That is a good card! They would have a tough time getting Rock heel heat against Roman.
Dudleys v Wyatts v New Day TLC would be fun.

My idea was Rock is just a complete son of a bitch to him going on about how he has disgraced the family, etc. I'd have him just really laying into him to the point where it generates sympathy even from hardcore smarks.

Basically I would book it like the first Rock Cena match was, but just have there be no doubt that Rock is the heel in it.

That is a pretty good idea.
I wonder if they could get Rock on board for a tag team match at some point. Maybe like the Survivor Series main event. Rock and Roman could be on the same team. The other team wins and Rock turns on Roman. Maybe Bryan calls out Rock and the Rock beats down Bryan?

So, I kind of spent a while mapping this while card out when I had absolutely nothing to do at work last week.
Nothing changes that much until TLC. Rollins retains vs whoever in the TLC match, HHH then helps Sheamus cash in. Before this Rollins shows signs of caring for the fans adoration more than HHHs interests. Then Rollins is forced to do his rematch the next night while hurt from the night before, HHH helps Sheamus win again. Beat down on Rollins after the match to write him off for a little bit.
Sheamus goes into a program with Cena that goes to the February PPV. Both end in dusty finishes with the second one involving Rollins' return.
Ambrose wins the Rumble after Rock screws Reigns earlier in the match. When they are announcing Sheamus v Ambrose for the title the night following the Feb. PPV, Cena comes down and claims he still has a legitimate claim on a rematch. Then, Bryan returns from his injury and says he still hasn't had a match for the title since he was stripped of it. This sets up the fatal four way match for the title.
HHH/Rollins explains itself.
Owens becomes IC champ at some point, Zayn comes back to challenge him.
I would use the "Wyatt Finish" during the Sting/Rollins feud to set up Sting/Wyatt.
Fuck, this is an embarrassing post.

Anything involving The Rock as a heel just isn't going to work. I doubt Rock gets any heel heat against any of the current roster. Even against Punk, who the hardcores loved, the crowd was split but Rocky still didn't actually get any boos. People just love The Rock too much now.
Sadly, by September/October, most of us can usually correctly guess what the main matches at Mania are going to be.
Rock vs Triple H, or Rock/Ronda vs Trips/Steph
Undertaker vs Brock part III
I also see Cena vs Reigns happening for some reason. Those two have been kept away from each other ever since The Shield split, so I can see then colliding at Mania. Probably for the title

Have we talked about Super FLy Jimmy Snuka being charged with murder for the death of his girlfriend in 1983?

I really like the The Vaudevillains. Their entrance is so good. Kind of weird they look like Eddie Guerrero and Cesaro respectively.
