I had reached my goal of 20 lbs by Friday but I indulged over the weekend and gained 3 back. So back to the grind and hopefully these 3 will be gone quickly.

I'm down to 184 from 192 at Christmas. Not great progress, but I haven't really been giving it my all.

I’ve lost 8 pounds since Christmas. Down to 159. Running a lot and eating well. Might be close to half-marathon ready soon.

They're good, thanks.

My Mom is in England with my brother and his wife. They're coming back tomorrow.

My Dad and I watched Galaxy Quest on Sunday. I'm not sure what we'll watch next week - maybe The Nice Guys
