They’ve been on before? Didn’t recognize any of them.
they've got a lot of things they post on twitter, which may have helped them get hired.

Oh, I like the quick “behind the scenes” cut ins they’ve done during commercial breaks when they are setting up or taking down sets, like with the green screens last week for the Aladdin sketch.

Agreed those are cool.

Man I haven’t watched a full episode on a Saturday night in such a long time…

The Owen Wilson/Cars 4 sketch was violently unfunny.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Excellent episode. Laughed a lot.

Bowen Yang as a gay oompa loompa was fantastic. Chris Redd on Update was great. The Celebrity game was top notch - great impersonations, and that angelo skit at the end had me laughing real good.

That Angelo sketch at the end was weirdly fun, probably the best of the night.
Bowen Yang is well on his way to breaking out.
Rami was fine.

I think is Yang funny, but hope he doesn’t pigeon hole himself into being typecast as the super extra gay. I don’t know that I’ve seen him not be that character in a sketch.

It’s tight rope to walk, I would like to see him play more non flamboyant characters too. McKinnon got her start in gay themed sketches but has certainly gone beyond that.

I would say the cold open was the weakest part of the show. And the musical guest. Ugh.

But everything else was great. Especially Weekend update

i'm looking forward to Sudekis hosting this week. i kind of hope they bring back "What's Up With That?" so he can do the running man.

i also wonder if they'll have him as Joe Biden.

Hoping for a great show this week. Not only Sudekis, but Brandi Carlile is the musical guest.
