we all struggle enough with our weight

we don't need the added psychological complexity of things like that in here

he misplaced his blu ray remote, so he's had to get up to use the controls on the player itself.

not a major feat for most but for me I will take it

rowing was one of the exercises I was told would be fantastic to work on with a replaced hip so I did that today. Had my heart rate into the 140s for about 15 minutes or so. like i said not that great for your average person but for the last five years i have had severe anxiety of having my heart rate too high for fear of it not coming back down and having another episode.

Pretty big day. For the first time in I don’t even know when, I was under 200lbs when I stepped on the scales this morning.

Thanks fellas. I still have a long way to go but that’s a milestone that has eluded me for quite some time, now.

After being a bit over-indulgent the past couple of week, I’ve been quite sporadic in my stepping on the scales. Wanting to just “check in” this morning, which I practically never do if I haven’t pooped yet, I was astonished to see I was down to 195. I was fully expecting to be right at 200, if not a pound or two over. To say I’m happy about this is a huge understatement. It’s been probably around 10 years since I have been down to this. It’s totally renewed my resolve to stay away from the bad stuff and keep plugging along. That’s 25 lbs lost and 25 (at least) to go.
