I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. The pacing is very novelistic, but I kinda felt the runtime was eventually undermined when the film betrayed its low budget; after a while, one realizes the film is no longer moving to any new locations or ideas, and it begins to feel very small and contained despite its sprawling length.theplatypus wrote:I thought it was so boring
Hereditary is a complete joke. This was definitely better than that but still nothing special.Dev wrote:Hereditary was so bad I wrote Midsommar off already.
