Just listened to this again, on some shitty headphones, and I'm still lovin' this song. I like how long it is. After it starts going, I just settle in and enjoy the ride. There's a lot to look forward to throughout the whole song. Somebody mentioned Gods' Dice earlier, yea I can hear that.

Have you looked during the day? The moon rises about an hour later every day, so it spends a while in the daytime sky.
Of course he has

It was in the sky the morning that they released the Augmented reality, but it's been gone since. Granted we've had a few cloudy nights, but on the clear nights it's nowhere to be found

Its called "lamp"

I'm totally happy with whatever kind of music PJ wants to make, I just hope I like whatever sound that is. I like the sounds SBWM makes in my ears. But then again I like a lot of PRAMG fast songs. If I want to listen to something a bit more out there, or something heavier, there's an album for that.

41% of people who voted think this is a 4-5 star song which is higher than the 39% who think it is a 3 star song and much higher than the 20% who gave it 1-2 stars.

I think the song has grown on a few people here because the ratings looked a bit different when it came out. For me, I like it better now than I did initially (was probably 3 stars initially but I gave it a 4 star rating pre-emptively because I felt it would grow on me). I can't say the same for many LB or Backspacer songs or even S/T songs for that matter. Most of those I just either liked or disliked immediately, very few actually improved for me upon repeated listens. They either stayed where they were or dropped. Notable exceptions are Sirens and Yellow Moon which I think I like slightly more now.

This song has grown in leaps and bounds for me.

Side note, my kids (8 and 5) love the "superblood wolfmoon/took her away too soon" part.

My kids like to make fun of it... but I think it's just me they're really trying to make fun of.

Just jumped to a 3! I never anticipated this one being a grower, but it certainly is.

Why does Ed insist on singing 2300 words in this song?

After many listens, it is still obnoxious. The worst is the super long "EAAAAHHHHHHHHHH" right before the solo. Regardless, the song has gotten better for me. It needs to be played on good headphones or cranked up on good speakers.

Yes, that is definitely the worst part of the song. Reminds me of something he would add onto a song performed live these days. Otherwise, I agree, it has gotten better for me too.

I don't really understand this complaint. It fits with the pacing of the song and there are very few spots where it causes it to sound awkward.

This song is much better when played at high volume.

1st couple of listens were on my phone

Wasn't until it was cranked with my car stereo that I came around to this tune

Much better now
