The initial $600? I got that in December, I think.
No the $2000 one that i was in fact promised IN ADDITION TO the $600 one.
Well I’m pretty sure the Senate is needed to pass those, and Dems just took control of it like a couple hours ago, so maybe give them a minute?
"The upcoming second impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump will push back any congressional action, and lawmakers are scheduled to be on recess over President's Day -- meaning there may not be progress on a deal until later in the month."

Priorities, right!? :haha: :haha: :haha: :haha: :haha: :haha: god I hate being right all the time :haha: :haha: :haha:

Gotta make sure trump is punished for scaring us first! The people who need to pay rent this month (and six months ago) can wait!

I’m disappointed Trump won’t be testifying at his trial because you totally know he would Col. Jessup himself (“You’re goddamn right I did!”).

LOL
An adviser to Trump's team offered a candid assessment of the messy opening day, asking pointedly, "What the hell is going on?"

The adviser said the former President could be in serious jeopardy if he finds himself charged in criminal court, given his inability to attract a high-powered legal team for the impeachment trial.

"Trump is f--ked if anyone ever charges him. No one wants to work with him," the adviser said.

Not in relation to the above link, but the odds of him being convicted of impeachment are apparently slimmer because the current focus is on the criminality of him inciting a Riot (which is specific and more difficult to prove) rather than the actual impeachable offenses of coercing the Georgia voting officials to find more votes, or for not doing all that was possible to stop the in-process riot, for example
