1. For us all to have a group RM 2000's tourney sing-a-long; and
2. For Dwight Schrute (the Office was such a fantastic series during the 2000's so this is kinda my own mini tribute as well)

The Decemberists - Sons and Daughters

And in spoilers The Office version:
Spoiler: show
And reason #3 - the use of the word "dirigible" in song. It's been a criminally under-used word imo.
I'm not familiar with them. I liked this one a lot. great first impression

Evangelista - Hello, Voyager!

is this really 12 minutes of a band tuning with a jack white impersonator squawking on a soapbox?

Seriously, what was the draw of this song for you? This is baffling.

Band Of Horses- The Funeral

I'll have a video up later, or someone can post one for me.
this was decent. I've generally liked what I've heard of them in this tournament (assuming i'm not getting my bands mixed up), but I feel like the decemberists would scratch the same itch, and I liked that song a lot more.

was this the song from your mix, chud? It's good. I should probably find the time to check these guys out. I've liked both of the songs I heard.

I had a hard time deciding which version of this song I wanted to take, but I decided to go with this one because I like the almost ramshackle nature of the arrangement.

Sandro Perri - Requiem for a Fox

And for comparison's sake, here's the original version I was considering, also by Sandro but under his Polmo Polpo moniker:

i liked the cracked mirror stomp in this song. Having said that, this could have been better if it was 3 minutes shorter.
