Maybe. Maybe he's an infinitely worse one. But I don't doubt he's a more complex one either way. How couldn't he be? And while I don't think this ought to give one license to be hateful or discriminatory, I do think people have a tendency to disregard these complexities where their rivals (in all arenas but especially in those involving beliefs and ideals) are concerned, preferring instead to latch onto one-dimensional stereotypes that are all but psychologically impossible, often at the expense of reasonable communication. Whether Kanye really would have voted for Trump -- who knows. My friend who produced the recent local natives album who has a new studio/involved with the justin vernon crew in Eau Claire said he worked with Kanye in the studio and he told me that kanye said he is "pimping the american public"
I understand Kanye is an entertainer. he takes it to the max. I just dont respect it. He has the ability to influence positively and he's not doing it. Cause ego.
