I don't have Fork In the Road, either; just wasn't a fan of it. I did like Le Noise but didn't want to drop $30 on it originally; it's damn-near impossible to get for less than $70 now.

well, i did the same thing (actually paying $60), so i can't really say anything.

i did get 'in time 1988-2003' on the same purchase for $65, which is about half of what the average price on discogs was, so in my head i justified it as getting 'in time' for going rate and having 'around the sun' thrown in as a bonus. 'yeah, that's the ticket,' i thought in a jon lovitz voice.

i listen to all records i buy before putting them on the shelf and man, was 'around the sun' a chore to make it through.

Damn it, I didn't realize that In Time was released on Vinyl. Now I have to add that to my Discogs Want list.

Thanks a lot!!

If anyone is looking for Soundgarden Echo of Miles 6LP box, it's on a sale at Pop Market for $109. Only to US customers (you bastards!). It's a beautiful looking box and the discs are gorgeous.

southp, did you finally get your registration going at Vinyl Collective? If not, someone stole your avatar!

That is a good price for the Soundgarden set, but I'd much rather see it drop below $100 before I sniff at it.

I looked at that, but the US Customers only cut me out. I looked locally, but it's selling for $200 here and I can't really justify spending that much

Yeah that's me posting on VC. First day back to work after a long weekend and I couldn't get any work done so it was an internet afternoon.

You guys ever look at the value of your collections on Discogs?
I still have a lot more to add but I'm probably 75% done. Here's my "Collection Value Range" in USD.

Minimum: $8,200.31
Median: $12,765.53
Maximum: $19,297.45

I guess I can't retire just yet and live off the proceeds?

Minimum: $8,388.89
Median: $12,030.14
Maximum: $17,699.24

Which of your items has the highest max value? Mine's the Red House Painters box set (followed by PJ Vault #3, MMJ's Okonokos, and NY's ORS 5-8).

Just realize my totals are slightly understated because there haven't been enough Bennaroya sales to set a market value. That would be my most expensive set and certainly the one I pias the most for. Fuck, I don't even like that performance much!?!

After that I have the Stones 1971-2005 18lp box which kinda skews things. The highest single titles are all the PJ releases : sevens, RVM, Lost Dogs, RA, Vault 3. Next highest non-PJ is NIN With Teeth and Year Zero.
