Disc 1 is all spritzy liberal sentiment.

Disc 2 is minor key acoustic tracks that chronicle the plight of the 99%, but from the unironic vantage point of the 1%.

Drums sound like shit throughout.

this album will feature not one, not two, but three cycles of attempted producers expelled mid-recording to bring in someone else for a new / safer direction

Still love this band and genuinely excited for whatever gas may be left in the tank…

But I seriously doubt they still have the stamina to pull off the sort of tour cycle that’s suggested by this rumor. They can’t seem to get through five shows without somebody needing a break. Maybe if they space everything out?

Their tours aren’t exactly long to begin with, so it could be a few quick tours. 3 weeks in Spring, 3 weeks in Europe, and finish the year on the West Coast.

I’d say even that is pushing the limits of their stamina, but would like nothing more than to be proven wrong

yeah, the three or four weeks cycle is what they will mostly do next year...i can see a South American Leg, an european leg, and two USA legs with no problem.
