Are you talking about the World Cup or the Oakland Raiders?
You being happy for Mexico would be exactly like rooting for the raiders
You're a weird cat, verb.
Actually, his analogy is spot on, Joey. Sorry.
Explain it to me. I don't trust him.
Mexico is our main and pretty much only rival in international soccer. I don't think I need to explain any further. If the raiders beat the eagles this year I'll expect to to say great win, they deserve it, let's let them enjoy it

I’m happy for a lot of kids I know. I am not pulling for Mexico to win it all, but I probably should be.

That people have this soccer mom fan disposition in this country when it comes to how we approach cheering for our bitter rival is just one of the dozens of reasons us soccer sucks.

Yeah, it's way more like a cool thing that happened that I didn't expect. It also doesn't hurt that I goddamn hate Germany. Really, I'm more excited that Germany lost than I am that Mexico won. It's just the exact circumstances of the victory that are really cool and I think are worthy of giving props to.

Mexico can eat it the rest of the way for all I care.

I understand why they allow defenders to tackle their opponents in the box. There's already way too much scoring in this sport the last thing anyone would want to see is more goals.

I can't believe they still have to play Ashley Young. In a World Cup.

The wife & I are flying out tomorrow for a week’s vacation in NYC. Staying in Brooklyn a block from Prospect Park. Can any of you kind souls suggest good bars in the area for watching AM futbol matches?
