there's no other way to do it...unfortunately they did not have kraut today so we made it work with loads of chopped white onions...just as good in a different wayChris_H_2 wrote:i prefer a big helping of kraut and mustard on my brats. in fact, i may grill some this weekend.

that works too. especially when you can go one step further and grill the onions.doug rr wrote:there's no other way to do it...unfortunately they did not have kraut today so we made it work with loads of chopped white onions...just as good in a different wayChris_H_2 wrote:i prefer a big helping of kraut and mustard on my brats. in fact, i may grill some this weekend.

I actually think chopped raw works better with a brat. Add some secret stadium sauce and you’re in for a real treat.Chris_H_2 wrote:that works too. especially when you can go one step further and grill the onions.doug rr wrote:there's no other way to do it...unfortunately they did not have kraut today so we made it work with loads of chopped white onions...just as good in a different wayChris_H_2 wrote:i prefer a big helping of kraut and mustard on my brats. in fact, i may grill some this weekend.
