had one bratwurst..also, my butcher shop is next door so i bought one of their turkey meatloafs and am cooking it now to have meatloaf sandwiches for dinner...

i prefer a big helping of kraut and mustard on my brats. in fact, i may grill some this weekend.

there's no other way to do it...unfortunately they did not have kraut today so we made it work with loads of chopped white onions...just as good in a different way

that works too. especially when you can go one step further and grill the onions.

I actually think chopped raw works better with a brat. Add some secret stadium sauce and you’re in for a real treat.
