It's an outtake take from the original In Utero sessions in '96 that was reworked for "Vs". The author is mostly correctly. If Pearl Jam didn't suck at tracking their albums, it would have been included on that one.

Nope, they're all audience recordings. But some of them are good enough to tell how well the songs were pulled off. You might be surprised.

Watch the youtube channels for users mfc172, videogremmie, and JeffgardenConcerts. They usually put up stuff that approaches pro-shot quality.

Maybe I'll check them out in a few weeks after I finally get the album and let it sink in. I wonder if at some point PJ.com might put up some pro-shot videos from this tour, like Bruce Springsteen's site used to do once every week or so.

Man, I didn't give a shit about seeing PJ live during the Backspacer tour. But I'm already hoping they tour the UK next year and that when they do, I have some money.

Im not sure if the mail has come today, but maybe there was a delay in the confirmation but it was shipped out before yesterday, guess we will see

So it's just sinking in hat I'll be seeing them tonight in Buffalo!

I'm really curious to see how hearing the songs live before the album is going to turn out.. And how it will affect my impression of the album when I hear it on Tuesday.

Regardless, this will be new territory for me because I don't think I've ever seen them before where they played a new song, or a song I had never heard, so at least I know it will be a different experience.

I will see how my favorites from tonight compare to my favorites on the album.

So we were heading out to a wine festival and i saw the mail man heading down our road, so i headed back to check and i now have the cd, no vinyl yet which is weird but im happy. We didn't listen to it yet because the speakers in my car suck, so we are about to hit play now, we are heading out right after, then gonna come home, open a bottle of wine and give it a 2nd listen, then ill give some thoughts.
