Re: NBA Thread
I’m sick of all the “put an asterisk on the season” talk? Why? No team had an advantage over another. They all played under the same circumstances.

Re: NBA Thread
Yeah that's dumb. So every year where the mvp or consensus best player doesn't win gets an asterisk? And what a shock that the teams that consist of 2 stars and a bunch of garbage weren't deep enough to withstand injuries.

Well … as a TV host and sports analyst you have to admit that while very easy on the eyes, Maria Taylor fkn sucks at her job. She is terrible.

It'd be cool if the Bucks won tonight.

Re: NBA Thread
Hard to predict the series without knowing Giannis' health. Seems like a pretty good matchup.
Not going to complain about the Finals in July, Olympics in late July/early August, Summer League, and then the season starting 1.5 months later.

Re: NBA Thread
The Bucks lost that game because they couldn't hit a layup to save their lives, didn't have an answer for CP3/Booker hunting mismatches on Lopez, and Holiday turned back into Bledsoe, but the disparity in foul calls/free throws from midway through the first all the way to garbage time (19-0 for the Suns or something like that) was...something. Doesn't matter anyway if you can't hit them, I guess.

Re: NBA Thread
It seemed like a normal game one, two teams just figuring each other out.
